Daniel Craig’s fifth James Bond movie is currently shooting in Italy as a direct sequel to Spectre and is expected to see some familiar faces. While Léa Seydoux’s Madeleine Swann was confirmed in the Bond 25 live reveal in April, it looks like others will be back too. Despite denying his involvement, Blofeld actor Christoph Waltz was spotted shooting scenes at Pinewood Studios last month. Reliable Bond insider Baz Bamigboye tweeted: “Exclusive: Hello Mr Waltz… we’ve been expecting you.”

He continued: “#ChristophWaltz is back as #Blofeld in ⁦@007⁩ #Bond25, shooting scenes at Pinewood Studios.

“When a visitor spotted him, Waltz insisted, “You haven’t seen me.”

And now MI6 HQ are reporting that Brigitte Millar will be reprising her Spectre role as Dr Vogel.

Bond fans will remember that she was a Spectre board member at the secret meeting in Rome.

And it turns out Bautista not only “would love to come back for Bond 25”, but also revealed a return has been both “mentioned” and “pushed.”

The actor said: “We had hopes, and…they had mentioned it. But yeah still have kinda hopes…I hear it’s been pushed, so maybe there’s a…chance.”

When asked if he specifically meant Bond 25, Bautista clarified: “Yeah I want to be in Bond 25. I’ve been very open and political about it. Like I’ve pursued this role.”

Bond 25 is released in UK cinemas on April 3, 2020.
