The adviser to her father and US President Donald Trump was visiting the Toyota base in Kentucky. While there she was told to try on an exoskeleton suit. The suit is a wearable machine which is powered by a system of electric motors, pneumatics and leavers that allow for limb movement.

The movements are increased due to the mechanics of the machine, making strength and endurance better.

According to MailOnline, officials say the technology helps relieve stress from the body when working.

The 37-year-old is seen to be giggling with Governor Matt Bevin as they tried on the suits.

In a tweet, Toyota said: “Ivanka Trump visited our Kentucky plant to learn about how Toyota creates opportunities to train skilled workers.

“We pledged to create these opportunities for 200,000 individuals.”

Toyota doubled their pledge as part of the Pledge to American Workers campaign.

The firm will now improve working opportunities for its employees as well as training for staff.

She responded by saying she had a “great day”.

She added: “Since launching our campaign in July, we’ve reached 6,877,773 private sector pledges!!”

In a statement, Toyota’s North American Chief Executive Officer Jim Lentz said: “Toyota believes that continuous investment in workforce training is essential to ensuring we are prepared for the highly skilled jobs of the future that will define society and help sustain our economy.”

Ms Trump was next to him while he signed the campaign.

A fortnight ago, Toyota announced it would invest $13b in the US, creating around 600 new jobs.
